Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
Burger Steak
- 500 grams of ground pork
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 4 gloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fine bread crumbs

Mushroom Gravy
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup meat broth cubes
- 1/2 cup sliced mushroom (in can)
- salt
- pepper


Instructions:
Burger Steak
Mix all ingredients then grill or fry for about 3 minutes per side.

Mushroom Gravy
- Melt the butter first then add the flour all at once. Keep stirring to get rid of the lumps.
- Keep stirring for 5 minutes or until the mixture is brown.
- Separately, melt the broth cubes.
- Once the broth cubes was melted, pour it on the mixture slowly while stirring it.
- Finally, add the mushroom then stir it for a minute.
- You may add salt and pepper depending on your taste.
