Ingredients:
Crust- 1 cup graham crackers
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 melted butter
Cheesecake
- 1 cup All-purpose cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup fresh milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 bar cream cheese
- 1/2 can blueberry filling
- unflavored gelatin
Instructions:
Crust- Combine graham crackers and sugar in a bowl
- Add melted butter to dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Press onto bottom of pan
Cheesecake
- 1/4 water combine with gelatin or follow instruction of the gelatin box
- Whip all-purpose cream in a mixer
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add vanilla extract, sugar, fresh milk in smooth cream cheese, mixed well
- Add gelatin, whip all-purpose cream to cream cheese mixture
- Mixed well, put the mixture to the crust pan bowl.
- leave in refrigerator for about 1hr in the freezer
- After refrigerating, put the blueberry filling at top
